Data We Collect We collect the following types of data: - Account Data: Name, email address, agency name, country, and currency upon registration. - Agency and Client Data: Client names, industries, connection settings, and custom logos. - Ad Account Data: We pull advertising performance data (spend, revenue, clicks, impressions, conversions) from advertising platforms via Windsor.ai based on your authorization. - Mertica Pixel Data: When you install the Mertica Pixel on your clients' websites, we collect tracking events including page views, add-to-cart events, and purchases. We use a first-party cookie named mertica_vid to identify unique visitors. - Usage Data: We collect data on how you use the platform to improve user experience and detect errors. - Payment Data: Payments are processed through Stripe, and we do not store your card data directly. 2. Third-Party Data Processors We work with trusted service providers to operate the platform: - Windsor.ai — Pulling performance data from advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and others). - Stripe — Processing payments and subscriptions. - Supabase — Database hosting and authentication. - Anthropic (Claude) — Data analysis, generating recommendations and reports using artificial intelligence. - Resend — Sending emails (reports, notifications). - Sentry — Monitoring technical errors and improving platform stability. - PostHog — Server-side usage analytics only, for product improvement. Data Retention - Mertica Pixel data: 24 months from the date of collection. - Performance snapshots: 36 months. - Account data: For the duration of your subscription, deleted within 90 days of account closure. 5.
